Last Sunday, I was feeling a bit sentimental so I figured watching something cheesy would be nice. So I ended up watching Il Postino (The Postman). It's a story of friendship that developed between a renowned Chilean poet Pablo Neruda who was forced into exile to Italy and his illiterate personal postman, Mario.
Here's one of the many scenes from Il Postino that made me cry. This scene particularly unravels the things that Mario loves about the beautiful Italian sea coast village that he calls his home.
