DIOR HOMME BY KRIS VAN ASSCHE MEN'S FALL/WINTER 2012

Honestly, I'm a bit underwhelmed with KVA's latest collection compared to his last one in June. Except for a few pieces like the capes and the wide-leg trousers the collection is quite blah-blah boring! The reversible concept for the coats is quite cool but definitely not revolutionary. We've all seen it before. It's nothing new. I do give KVA major props for the impeccable fit of the clothes. We all know that the body-hugging shirt era is long over so if you are still holding on to some of those shit, then, better donate it to the nearest Salvation Army or ukay-ukay (translation: thrift store). Also, those totes totally remind me of Celine Cabas. What do you guys think? And those shoes are totally uninspiring, right? KVA certainly needs to step up his game for next Spring/Summer 2012 or else he might get the ax before the end of the year...Where is Hedi when you need him?

I do love this cape!

This black version is totally ME!

This one is kind of neat too!
