Veronica B Vallenes sticked to her Scandinavian roots and presented a minimalist collection. I think the jewelry was the highlight of this show. Too bad I was not able to take good snapshots of it thanks to the lousy seating assignment. By the way, if you did not notice the first model on my photo set is Danish-Pinay! How did I know? Well, I was seated right next to her Dad who is a fellow Filipino. Eddie was extremely nice and friendly. It is always a pleasure meeting fellow kababayans whenever I'm traveling. At the end of the show, he introduced me to his gorgeous Danish wife who was toting an Alexander Wang purse. He even invited me to have dinner with them at their place. Too bad due to time constraint I had to decline. But I promised next time I'm in Copenhagen I will definitely have a proper dinner with them. Who doesn't want to experience a typical Danish meal? And I would love to photograph his daughter and maybe interview her. She makes me proud to be a Filipino!
Here's a couple of high-resolution photos of this very beautiful young lady courtesy of Veronica B Vallenes. By the way her name is Clara Medina and she's currently signed up with Scoop Models. She walked several shows during CFW and did the latest Veronica B Vallenes lookbook! Can't wait to photograph her next time I'm back in Copenhagen!
