HORIZONTAL LINES

For my first PFW (Philippine Fashion Week) day at SMX I wore the long tee that my designer friend Bo Parcon gave me. Very appropriate for that day indeed since Bo Parcon showed his innovative Religion and Sin collection for Spring Summer 2012. Frankly, I rarely wear anything with prints or logos on. But from the moment I saw this shirt it was love at first sight. I like the simplicity of the design and the optical illusion it creates when worn. Just don't stare at it very long or else you might end up getting dizzy. Don't blame me for not telling you! Hmmm...I suppose I should wear this when I'm on the prowl. Who knows I might end up getting lucky! Kidding aside, I do hope I gave due justice to Bo Parcon's kick-ass tee! Again, thanks Bo for this lovely tee. I'm definitely taking it with me when I tramp around Europe next year!!!

I paired my Bo Parcon tee with a simple drop crotch shorts and some Number (N)ine boots from S/S 2008. To add some color I opted my mauve Charleroi travel bag from Canadian label Want Les Essentiels De La Vie which I got from Opening Ceremony in New York last year.

By the way, I wasn't able to take a photo of myself wearing my black cape jacket which my good Parisian friend Gab gave me. So, please bear with this stolen photo from Stylebible's site. Thanks Mark Buenaobra!
