Yesterday, I attended Tod's exclusive Spring Summer 2013 press presentation. My Mom was nice enough to accompany and shamelessly model some of my favorite pieces from the collection. Aside from the usual Men's and Women's Collections, Tod's also presented the return of its covetable one-off D-Bag Couture Collection. The iconic D-Bag came in different shapes, colors and materials. These limited edition bags were hand-crafted by some of the best skilled artisans in Italy using the finest materials and extremely advanced manufacturing skills. I particularly adore the mini albino pink version in snakeskin. Mom couldn't help but model it for me! It was definitely our favorite from the bunch. From the Men's section, the double stripe tote in electric blue looked pretty darn sweet. I like its simple yet elegant style. I just wished it came in black or anthracite with a detachable shoulder strap. Among the Men's footwear, the colorful suede brogues looked neat and summery. My dapper Dad would undoubtedly rock the midnight blue ones anytime. While perusing the Women's stuff, I caught my Mom eyeing the croco-embossed leather penny loafers a number of times. The fuschia definitely looks great on her!
Thanks to SSI and Visions for inviting us! We totally had a great time checking out Tod's new stuff!
