Mode a Paris finally released the official schedule of Men's Fashion Spring Summer 2014. Looks like there are fewer designers presenting their collections in Paris this year compared to last year. I attended a total of 25 shows in the official schedule and checked out at least 5 defile presentations last year. I wonder if this season is going to be crazier as far as my schedule is concerned since I will be also accompanying my friend Tamaro Fuji to some of his appointments for his store in Cologne. So far, I have received only a handful of invitations. I'm expecting at least 20 invitations from various labels to start pouring in a week before I arrive in Paris.
So which shows am I excited to see? You know the usual suspects...Julius, Walter Van Beirendonck, Raf Simons, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Wooyoungmi, Issey Miyake Men, Rick Owens, Henrik Vibskov, Dries Van Noten, Ann Demeulemeester, Maison Martin Margiela, Juun J, KRISVANASSCHE, Comme des Garcons Homme Plus, Kenzo, Atelier Gustavolins, Songzio, Givenchy, Tillmann Lauterbach, Dior Homme, Boris Bidjan Saberi, Miharayasuhiro, Damir Doma, Thom Browne, Saint Laurent and of course Yohji Yamamoto!!!
Anyway, I'm beyond ecstatic to once again cover the shows and cannot wait to share my experience to all you guys.
So stay tuned for further updates of my Paris Men's Fashion Spring Summer 2014 coverage!!!
