Had to get up extra early today because of the Kenzo show at 10AM. And to make things a bit more complicated the venue was located outside the first zone of Paris. So I took the metro first and transferred to an RER train to La Plaine-Stade de France. But once I got there I was able to pinpoint the other attendees right away. Yes fashion people are quite easy to spot. So I followed the herd towards the venue. When we got there, we were welcomed by the Kenzo staff and ushered us to a room filled with fruit installations and cute fruit stalls where you can get your refreshing fruit shake fix. It was just perfect since I skipped breakfast today. So after taking tons of photos while sipping on my fresh fruit shake, I together with the rest of the guests proceeded to the stadium. Took my seat and waited for the show to start. Indeed, it was one of the most brilliant production number ever. The choreography of the show was pretty cool. Models from different parts of the stadium were marching down to the center. For this season, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim presented a contemporary collection mixing quirky abstract prints and solids in modern silhouettes. The eye-catching digital prints definitely captured the energy of the restless youth of today.
