SHOWROOM DIARY: THE OLD CURIOSITY SHOP SPRING SUMMER 2015

While waiting for the Astrid Andersen show, I perused the different booths nestled at the London Collections: Men showroom. The first brand that attracted my attention was The Old Curiosity Shop which was named after the famous Charles Dickens' novel. Japanese designer Daita Kimura eagerly showed me his latest men's footwear collection which I absolutely adored. The collection is designed by Kimura himself and handcrafted in England by Tricker's. I particularly love the black monkstraps with patent grey front-tip and the burgundy derbys with contrasting soles. Too bad I was not able to swing by Kimura's showroom in Paris due to my crazy fashion week schedule. Hopefully, next year I would be able to visit his showroom so I can place a personal order for myself!
